Emma, my wife, is the Pet Groomer and founded A-Z Animal Care Ltd in 2005. At the time of Emma going into the venture I was a full time Police Officer.

I started to get more involved in the business over time.

We had a beast of a business and I was tasked with the administration side of things. Writing staff handbooks, contracts, social media, websites, advertising it was very overwhelming and I suffered from imposter syndrome.

We decided to take on a mentor.

This mentorship was life changing! We made many changes in our Pet Grooming business and our mindset.

This quickly showed us we could move forward in our business. I started to deliver business training to pet groomers and so Pet Passion To Profit was born in December 2020.

Louise, founder of Adorable Dogs Grooming Salon in 2003, a skilled dog groomer, expanded her business to a team of 5 before selling in 2022.
