Bill Betts
Emma, my wife, is the Pet Groomer and founded A-Z Animal Care Ltd in 2005. At the time of Emma going into the venture I was a full time Police Officer.
I started to get more involved in the business over time.
We had a beast of a business and I was tasked with the administration side of things. Writing staff handbooks, contracts, social media, websites, advertising it was very overwhelming and I suffered from imposter syndrome.
We decided to take on a mentor.
This mentorship was life changing! We made many changes in our Pet Grooming business and our mindset.
This quickly showed us we could move forward in our business. I started to deliver business training to pet groomers and so Pet Passion To Profit was born in December 2020.
Louise James
Louise, founder of Adorable Dogs Grooming Salon in 2003, a skilled dog groomer, expanded her business to a team of 5 before selling in 2022.
Qualified as a Life and Business Coach in 2014 and a Coaching Master in 2022, she specialises in boosting confidence and mindset in the dog grooming industry. Learning the importance of leadership over pleasing everyone, Louise transformed her approach to effectively guide her team.
Recently purchasing a salon and leading a team of 7, including herself as a groomer, Louise applies her leadership insights and growth mindset to drive success. Her blend of grooming expertise, leadership skills, and coaching knowledge makes her an ideal mentor for dog grooming business owners, offering valuable strategies and guidance for success.
Robin Waite
Robin is the Founder of Fearless Business, regular speaker at various business events and bestselling author of several books, including Online Business Startup, Marketing Machine and the recent popular release Take Your Shot.
He puts his 2 decades of business experience to work, coaching clients to reach their goals, create more time and increase their revenue.
From 2004 to 2016 Robin led a successful marketing agency serving over 250 clients. During this time delivering workshops and masterclasses that helped over 1,000 business owners improve their marketing, product architecture, pricing, websites and digital advertising.

Lauren is a brand designer and the owner of Pen & Ink Designs.
